As a Specialist, you will be prepared to manage or assist in the management of specific clinical departments or services, such as Nursing, Surgery, Physical Therapy and Medical Records.
As a Generalist, you will be prepared to manage or assist in the management of an administrative department, such as Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources, or even an entire health care facility!
