West Coast University Maintains a Reference Library at Each Campus

A professionally-trained librarian is on staff and available to assist students and faculty with their library needs. One function of the library is to work with faculty to identify and make available information resources that will meet the needs of the student body.

Resources include core reference materials that support the health care programs, online databases, online internet services and an online library. In addition, the library also has various subscriptions to trade professional and academic journals which can be used as instructional and research tools.

Because many courses require library assignments as part of the curriculum, WCU subscribes to ebrary , which allows users to retrieve current resources on timely topics as well as a variety of research activities. Students and faculty also have access to the vast resources found on the Internet.
